Traited medals give a little more points. Some medals give more Spirit Points and others give less. So yeah, definitely don't get rid of them. T7 goes up to 200% so you could use 40 mirrors to max out the boost. Say you roll a 160% guilt boost on a Tier 7 medal. So Magic Mirrors are used to increase that value. This means that when you guilt a medal, you'll get a random boost value inside that range. For example, a Tier 3 medal has a boost range of 40% to 100%. This boost varies depending on medal tier, but for each tier you have a min boost and max boost. You guilt a medal by fusing 7 copies of the same 6* medal, and this unlocks a boost in it's special attack. Magic Mirrors are used for increasing a medal's guilt. (Generally reversed medals depict villains/boss fights/etc.) Upright medals have big gold borders, reverse ones have big purple/black borders. Upright and Reverse are just attributes. It should display the highest point values at the top. When you get new premiums, especially tier 6+, just go see if they have more points than what you've got in your pet. The number of points a medal gives is abitrary, but increases if a medal has a trait (eg 40 -> 48, 20 -> 24). It's not super complicated? It's just "drag six medals with the highest number of points into your pet's menu." It doesn't consume or lock the medals from use in any way. They're super useful once you have guilted medals. Magic mirror medals increase the guilt/special attack bonus of a medal by 1%, but it has to already be unlocked (you need to fill the dots of a 6* medal +1 - if none of your medals come with dots it takes seven copies or M&B).Mirrors should stack and only take up one slot - if they're not, unlock them all and go to level up a different medal, then back out. On the side, perhaps an explanation on Upright and Reversed medals would be nice? I did complete all of the tutorial for beginners quests, but when it came to one of the quests bringing up Upright and Reversed medals I had no idea what they were let alone what the game was talking about. If the game would have bothered to give me a proper tutorial on how Ranking Up my Spirit works I wouldn't be here on reddit asking "How does Ranking Up my Spirit work?" in the first place. My Spirit is currently Rank 2 or 3 I think (Steal 1 and Blast 1 unlocked), but all I did was press Optimize. I won't get rid of them because they are useful in some way, but I also don't want them taking up so much of my inventory space either.Īlso I'm a little confused by how Spirit Ranking Up works, so I'd like an explanation for that too. I have around 25 Magic Mirror medals collecting dust because I can't use them for some reason, so I'd appreciate it if you guys told me how to use them.
